Q: How long will it take to produce my order? A: Unless stated otherwise, all of our items are made to order. Consequently, your order will be ready to ship approximately 2-3 weeks after your payment has been received.

if you have a specification of arrival date please write to us and we will do our best to make it happen. 

 Q: How long dos it takes to ship "ready to ship" items? A: Approximately one week due to change size or other variants.

Q: How can I determine my ring size? A: We provide a comprehensive ring size guide on our website to help you determine the correct size. You can also visit a local jeweler to get an accurate measurement. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance. in every order we provide a ring sizer as a little token from us, so you will know your ring size.

International Shipping

Q: What is your shipping policy? A: We offer secure and insured shipping for all orders. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy page for more detailed information.

Customers from GERMANY: please note that you cannot return your items!!! This is due to very difficult local customs procedures. 

Customers from all other countries: you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item

Customs & Value-Added Tax

Customers from the US, UK, Europe and Canada: there is a free trade agreement between your country of residence and Israel and you not be charged with Customs.

Customers from all other countries are responsible for arranging payment of any local taxes or duties, as imposed by their country of residence. 

Payment methods 

Q: How can i pay if i cant use the website A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, at the studio or over the phone. For Diners Club and Discover credit cards - please choose PayPal Gateway as the processing option for these cards in the website. 

 Warranty

Q: How long is the warranty? A: There is a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased from Noam Nadiv's. The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover any accidental damage and/or broken diamonds and gemstones, due to misuse, impacts, or falls.

Please note! Repair, resizing or any other services performed by someone other than Noam Nadiv's studio to your jewelry, will void your warranty.

Q: Can i fix the jewelry after the warranty period? A: if your item get damaged after the expiration of the warranty period, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for details. 

Return Policy

Q: Can I return or exchange a jewelry piece? A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Please review our return policy page for the specific guidelines and procedures.

You can request any change or cancellation to your order within 24 hours of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Special/custom orders are not fully refundable and you'll be charged with a 100 USD handling fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Q: Im not sure if i want to return or exchange a jewelry piece, how long do i have to decide? A: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

We do our best to answer your messages as soon as possible.
Please note that Fridays & Saturdays are weekend days in Israel and our two days away from the studio and the computer. So, if you'll write to us on a Friday or Saturday, we'll most likely answer you on the Sunday.
